What We Offer

One company. A fuller view.

Move from the financial statements to ownership, capital returns and upcoming events. Each section answers a different research question and links back to the records behind it.

Understand the business

Company financials cover 531 US companies. Quarterly and annual income statements, balance sheets and cash flows make it possible to follow operating results across time. Charts, trailing figures and growth rates help put the latest quarter in context.

Periods follow each company’s fiscal calendar. Derived values, split adjustments and source concepts are identified on the page, and each company has a downloadable statement file.

Follow the capital behind a position

20 tracked fund managers have individual portfolio pages with quarterly holdings, weights and changes in shares. Historical quarters let you follow how a position developed across filings.

  • Tracked Funds is the manager directory.
  • Activity combines buying, selling and ownership across those managers.
  • High Conviction Stocks screens for large positions still being bought, aggressive buying and large positions being cut, using stated thresholds.

A company also has its own view of tracked fund ownership, such as funds holding Apple. These are reported quarter-end positions; trades within the quarter are not visible.

Read the transactions inside the company

Recent Purchases and Recent Sales let you filter open-market transactions by time, value and company. Most Bought ranks companies by purchase value, while Cluster Buying looks for several distinct insiders buying the same company.

Individual company pages align daily prices with purchases and sales, summarize recent activity and retain the longer transaction history. Other transaction types remain visible in that history but do not count as open-market buying or selling.

Compare repurchases with the share count

Buybacks and Dilution brings together repurchase spending, dividends, buyback yield and the change in shares outstanding. A company can spend money on buybacks while its share count still rises; these measures let you examine both sides.

Quarterly aggregates show changes across the covered companies, with incomplete quarters and excluded share-count outliers identified.

Keep reporting dates and new offerings in view

The Earnings Calendar places expected reporting dates alongside recent earnings releases and financial filings. Expected and estimated dates are labelled; they are not treated as confirmed announcements.

The IPOs page covers offering calendars, first registrations, final prospectuses and withdrawals. Operating companies and blank-check companies are shown separately. A registration is an early record in the process, not proof that an offering will price.

Access and the research letter

The research pages and the JSON files linked in the data catalog are currently public and do not require an account. The website does not currently offer a paid API or MCP connector.

The Substack letter develops ideas around small caps, value stocks and earnings surprises using the same underlying research. Subscription options are shown on the publication’s Substack page.
